While finishing up Summer Courses and preparing for the upcoming Fall and Spring Semesters, we need to keep in mind the importance of a "
healthy brain." It's important to feed your brain and even exercise it a bit, this will keep your brain healthy and productive. Eating the proper fruits and vegetables, getting physcial activity, and plenty of rest at night can keep you from developing diseases such as Alzheimer's or Dementia.
