Today in the News...

Two years ago Hurricane Rita slammed into the southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana coasts along the Gulf of Mexico. With over 100 fatalities in Texas and almost $11.3 billion in damage, this was the second punch of the 2005 hurricane season, hitting just 3 weeks after the devastation of New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina.
