Tips for Fighting "Zombie-Mode"


With the summer semester starting, I’m sure many of you are already feeling tired and overwhelmed between classes and all of your other summer activities. As I start my internship (on top of working full-time), I know that it will be vital for me to stay energized. 

Lifehacker offers 10 tips that can help you stay energized to keep you from “zombie-mode”.




Here are the 10 things that Lifehacker recommends:

Make your own energy products.

Listen to brain-stretching music.

Deal with job burnout.

Schedule around your energy peaks.

Get outside—even if it's cloudy.

Crank out some morning exercises.

Eat the right nutrition mix.
